The shareholders of Sternula has decided to convert the company from the company type “anpartselskab” (Danish private limited) to “aktieselskab” (Danish public limited). At the same time, the company has increased its share capital from DKK 68,000 to DKK 400,000 from free reserves. Following the change, the company must adhere to more stringent financial requirements, but the necessary processes had already been implemented for this.
