At the Annual General Meeting in Sternula on 8th April, share holders elected a new Board of Directors, including two new members, Lars Tofft and Anders Nørtoft Nielsen.

The new board members strengthen the company with many years of experience in international telecom and maritime industry positions.

Board members, Peter Grøftehauge, Bengt Sangberg, and Stefan Pielmeier (also Founder & CTO) were reelected, and Morten Lindblad was reelected as the Chairman of the Board.
